Azaria Personal Care Home is a single ranch-style home on 3.27 acres in a quiet, nice neighborhood in Lawrenceville, GA.  We are only 2 miles east of the Mall of Georgia.  It is wheelchair accessible with a lovely front patio.  We provide quality care for seniors who need assistance 24 hours.  We are able to care for those with Dementia, Alzheimers, Diabetes, Parkinson’s, paliative care, short-term memory, cancer, etc.
