Help for the  Hurting. Eastside Heritage Behavioral Health Center Impatient Program provides  a secure impatient environment for adults who are experiencing suicidal thoughts, extreme mood swings, distorted perceptions of reality or other life-threatening behaviors.  A 61-bed facility with 49 geriatric beds and 12 adult beds, our program is a comprehensive psychiatric, medical, and social aspects of the client 770-985-6470

Alive & Well, Inc. provides CPR and First Aid training to assisted living facilities, in-home health care agencies, and other groups that have a need for these services.

The Gwinnett Parkinson’s Support Group meets the 2nd Friday of each month in the Community Room at Summit Ridge at 1:30 p.m. The group features speakers almost every month and is a supportive & dynamic place for people who are living with Parkinson’s Disease as well as family and friends.
