The Rehab Center is Gwinnett’s newest Inpatient Rehabilitation Center featuring 20 private rooms. We are dedicated to providing the care necessary to meet your medical,physical,psychological, and social needs in an environment that promotes wellness,confidence, and independence. Our program provides a place where those who have suffered disabling illness or injury (stroke, hip fracture, orthopedic, brain/spinal cord, neurolgical disorders, ect.) may find the opportunity to rebuild their lives.
